About Chloe Holton (She/Her)

Chloe Holton helps teens, adults, and older adults throughout Georgia build healthier relationships, navigate life transitions, and develop practical tools for emotional wellness. As a therapist at LifeStance Health, she creates a welcoming and collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and work toward meaningful change. Chloe provides therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties, while also supporting individuals facing a variety of other emotional and behavioral health needs. A significant focus of Chloe’s work is helping couples strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and navigate conflict in healthier ways. Through couples therapy and relationship-focused counseling, she works with partners to better understand one another, address recurring patterns, and develop skills that promote trust and long-term relationship satisfaction. She recognizes that every relationship is unique and tailors treatment to meet each couple’s goals and circumstances. In addition to her work with couples, Chloe supports clients experiencing grief, gender identity concerns, school avoidance, women’s issues, and challenges related to medical conditions. She utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-informed strategies to help clients build resilience and move toward lasting emotional health. She also offers family therapy and additional therapeutic interventions based on each client’s needs. Chloe enjoys working with teens, adults, families, and couples from diverse backgrounds. She believes that therapy should be both compassionate and practical, empowering clients with skills they can apply in everyday life while fostering growth, self-awareness, and confidence. She earned her education from Mercer University and is dedicated to providing thoughtful, client-centered care. Outside of her practice, Chloe enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to history podcasts, shopping, embracing self-care rituals, and discovering new recipes to cook and bake. Through LifeStance Health, Chloe provides therapy services for teens, adults, and seniors across Georgia. Whether someone is seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, or other mental health challenges, she is committed to helping them move forward with confidence and hope.
