My counselor Patricia Tellez is AWESOME!!! She is sooooo easy to talk to and shows sincere empathy and interest in her patients. She is 'new' to the counseling game, but I think she will continue to do well and excel as she does a great job of building trust with her patients and is a real good listener (not every counselor/person has that skill!!!). Based on my symptoms I am likely going to have to be referred to a specialist for them which will make me sad but I plan to continue to meet with Patricia on other items as it has been a pretty rough couple of years (note just for me but for the world...:(. Patricia, keep up the good work!

This was my first therapy appointment with Taylor Kiener, and she was great. She’s very easy to talk to and understanding! She is a good listener, and give great feedback! I’m looking forward to my next visit, because it feels good to finally have a good person to talk to.

Cherrell listened to me. It was my first telephone appointment. She really started from the beginning. I honestly felt lifted up. I’ve been paralyzed, but after our session, I felt hopeful.

Dr. Escobar Almeida is a fabulous psychiatrist! She is attentive and is available in between appointments with messaging if needed. I have never had a problem with the Telehealth platform.
